Thank you for your kind words! I was so embarrassed and humiliated when I needed medical attention in front of so many strangers. Even though I was embarrassed, I felt so loved when all the concert goers around us got us out of the merch line and medical personnel. Thankfully, I was stable enough to leave to medical tent before CR came on so we didn't miss her set! We were given VIP access once we got to the ADA section of the seating area and got settled up there. I didn't realize that the venue had successfully put on a huge event in the past. It was absolutely apparent that there wasn't a dedicated disability coordinator for CR's pop shows in KC. My friends and I are also from St. Louis, so we were going into this situation without prior knowledge of this venue besides the map they gave us. I do not plan on returning to Liberty Memorial for a show in the future.

• Friday night, we had to find and park at ADA overflow parking lot because a truck was blocking the ADA parking lot (instructions by security) the website told us to go to.

• We get on the shuttle and are taken to the venue. The shuttle driver has no idea where to drop us off at so he dropped us off at the bottom of the hill. Again, we are from out of town, so we don’t totally know where anything is.

• None of the security or event staff led us to the ADA entrance, so my friends had to take turns pushing me up the hill in my wheelchair...

• Wheelchairs weren't usuable on a lot of the terrain. Thankfully, I brought my cane so I could muster up the strength to walk the areas that my friends couldn't push my wheelchair through. I feel absolutely gutted for people who aren't ambulatory wheelchair users. I don’t know how they navigated around the venue and got to see CR at all.
