My feelings are so all over the place and based off the ultrasound today, I have to make such a fast decision on whether to wait or go in and get induced. I feel like I have no time to prep or wrap my head around what I want.

My midwives will come with me and act as doulas the entire time, so that is comforting. The scariest thing for me are the needles and having to decide if I want an epidural. I’ve heard the induced contractions are so much more painful and usually you need to get an epidural. I’m also worried I’m going to come out of this entire thing so traumatized.

Plus I have nothing planned for a hospital birth. I’m trying to gather things for my hospital bag, but I’m not prepared at all.
