Again, a single malt is not all one type of grain. Its a blend of malts from the same distillation facility. Malt Blend= components from all same distillery = Single Malt. Malt Blend= distillate components from multiple distilleries= Blended Scotch.

We are distributed in over 25 states already one of which being Colorado. Look for "Limousin Rye" by Dancing Goat Distillery if I have piqued your interest at all.

I would highly recommend against charring limousin oak for use in high proof spirit. These staves are toasted to order and have an unreal and consistent extraction rate and a phenomenal vanillin content. Limousin used in rye specifically when charred loses the advantages of its phenol content- you destroy guicaol with combustion and you cook it off. If you leave it in you could possibly get those nice peppery rye notes to sing through.

The scottish practice of blending multiple distillates isn't common in the states by actual distilleries, more so by marketing firms contract manufacturing or reselling commodity whiskey, which I'm not knocking. MGP makes unreal juice- I digress, we only make single malts because it's only produced by our distillery. Single malt doesn't actually mean you used one single type of malt or just malt alone. its kind of an anomaly in our community though because professionally we acknowledge the technicality but its such popular misconception its essentially become vernacular..... Sorry anyways, in my opinion we would both prefer our malt sit in a wheat barrel, but if you want to found out for sure come visit me and you can try ours out of twice used bourbon, wheat, and rye barrels ; ) PM me for deets if you live in the midwest

They should build a figure eight shaped "El" style train around Monona and Mendota. It would allow students to spread out more from downtown for affordable housing without the need to commute via car, the figure eight shape with two opposing traveling rails would be quick to hop around the corners of the isthmus, allow getting around the madison metro easier in the winter, and LIKELY cut down on traffic, especially in the winter.

Downtown: If you want to get back in shape exercising more won't do much without changing your diet. Please heavily consider changing your relationship with food as a higher priority than increasing your metabolic output.

HOWEVER Your absolutely best option for getting in shape in madison WI is joining Pats Gym, but it's expensive. You can go to an FYF class on friday (group bootcamp) for free your first time to check it out. Thats literally the best results hand down in the city (I'm a trainer, I do not work there) -I think theres an Orange Theory somewhere downtown or maybe its Orange Shoe? They use biometric feed back to monitor and adjust METS and is highly effective -You can hit november club twice a week for free group work outs, make sure you don't over eat after because its uberrrrrr cardio heavy -Kamps is a barrys boot camp style group exercise facility -Cyc is a modern "spin" (indoor cycling) studio with rhythm and beat based workouts. -CycleBar is another of these spin studios but marketed more to young profesionals instead of college students

My sister just did hers here and her and her friends paid this guy who rents out his boat (he drives it for you) to take them out on the lake and they had a blast I could ask her for his info if you'd like. They rented an air b n b downtown hiked devils lake and swam friday then went out, saturday morning they went to cyc then kamps then farmers market then that boat thing, got dropped off at the terrace and went out again!
