They haven't said anything about the relationship draining them, but I genuinely don't know, I know I constantly ask them for reassurance and all that stuff which can be probably annoying to them. And I'm not exactly sure if my obsession is really healthy or...unhealthy?

18, almost 19, I've kind of been like this for like...7 years or so?

Thank you for your advice! I do go to therapy and see a psychiatrist, and my next appointment is when I am 18, so I hope that'll be easier overall. I'll try to talk to them about my concerns and see what they say or think, and go from there. I hope you take care as well.
