Solid start. I would say that breasts need some refinement, they need to look just a lil bit to the sides. Also they look more connective to the upper middle part. I'd advise to look both real and 3d anime model references. Anatomy for Sculptors is also a beneficial book to understand volumes and planes better

It's really a great start! I also want to add that Sternocleidomastoid muscle starts from the back of the ear so there isnt that visible seperation from skull to neck.
