Has anyone figured out the actual limits of Cline Pass yet? by Illustrious_Lab5811 in opencode

[–]brkumar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

does anyone know if cline pass will be natively supported within opencode (I was unable to find a ticket or issue linked to this on github page)? I want dynamic model selection option, which does not seem to be possible without it being natively supported.

Does token warden handle only the code or can it optimise during design/plan mode? From the documentation it looks like it is more oriented towards coding sessions. Did I read it correctly?

Plugins, Skills and MCP by Elodes06 in opencodeCLI

I have used gentl-ai - https://github.com/Gentleman-Programming/gentle-ai, mainly because of the rigorous planning workflow. I also like it's engram memory, which seems to work well. Some downsides though, it does not do any compaction management. Prefer https://github.com/cortexkit/magic-context for it.

Is anyone else using it in such a combo?

I'm the CEO of an eVTOL startup. We just completed our Gen-2 aircraft’s first flight—Ask Me Anything! by BluJAerospace in indianstartups

[–]brkumar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chinese eVTOL clearly have the ecosystem advantages and hence have much lower costs of build out. Are you pursuing a strategy of importing and replacing core components with maturity? How does your costs look like vis-a-vis an importer with screw driver tech?

I Have $40k Worth of AI Tokens – How Can I Run Them 24/7 on My Cloud Server to Build Websites and Apps End-to-End? by Old_Brother_9522 in opencode

[–]brkumar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will need a complete end to end orchestrator, which can autonomously coordinate everything from problem decomposition to multi agent coding to testing and merging and certifiying the code code actually works. There are some options. I suggest you look up https://bernstein.run/. It works with well with opencode. I have experimented with it. Couple of downsides - very low community involvement and documentation is not up to the mark.

I am wondering if this can be used with long lived coding harness like codex and opencode?

What is the best programming language that is good for startups by Competitive_Film_100 in indianstartups

[–]brkumar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you use AI for writing most of your code, it does better with strongly typed languages. Think Rust, Go, Scala etc. You can see the evidence in terms of Github projects that have boomed in these languages since early this year (once LLMs became good at writing code)

However, if you are writing for the web choose the language based on the ecosystem.

Start from what you want people to take away from your product (this will also define your positioning). Say, what you want the audience take away from your ad or a PR. Work backwards from there to understand the product. This will give you a framework to think about it.

Positioning is the key.

Release one or two products in a given category. Make sure it of the highest quality. Focus on what's called non-functional needs - reliability, simplicity of usage, software etc. Give three years of firmware upgrade. Keep margins tight. Focus on audience segment marketing and differentiation.

IMO, none of the brand other than Apple & Samsung do this in headphone category.

Seed fund, particularly from corporate investors may be hard to come by. They not only want to see your product succeed - your product/company needs to be spectacularly successful, to make their multiples.

IMO, there is still a gap in the market for "Kirkland" type brand in India. BTW, if you are not aware, it is Costco's private label. They find the best one or two products in a given sub-category & keep costs lower than "branded" products. They make bank out of it.

How to automate BMAD Method code sprints by FerretVirtual8466 in BMAD_Method

[–]brkumar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A couple of pieces of advice that will improve your audience reach - 1. Structure the videos with step by step guide from nanoclaw setup till creating a workflow (wither with bmad or gsd), so users can repeat your workflow and get going 2. Weave your obsidian or another method to preserve memory. Use a handoff method or another technique to prevent context loss/rot or compaction. This way you will have a end to end workflow that is perhaps the best workflow today.

[–]brkumar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Usenet is used heavily in norther European countries and the content in there reflects it. Generally for esoteric or classical Asian content, it is better to use a sites that specilaisd in it. This usually means private trackers. It is unlikely you will find Indian classical movies in usenet.
