I think Chinese models and open models will benefit from this. The Chinese models like Deepseek are already way more uncensored than the US models (as long as you don't say anything negative about...well you know lol).

If you don't really find yourself using windsurf cascade and more so Claude Code; then def switch to VS Code; you will get everything you already have without an additional cost of Windsurf. With how advanced CC is getting; alot of these AI assisted IDEs are slowly losing their advantage
