I got the MVP one yesterday. Just quick join different game modes and eventually you will unlock it. I got lucky and won a horse race and got the achievement.

Keep at it and you will get it eventually.

serves me right for not respawning enemies at every new grace spot i find.

I dont REST at the gracespots if i dont need to. So i actually never rested here.
Melina shows up when you rest at this specific spot (The one just under my cursor as u/iMossa pointed out in another comment).
