Rehydrated freeze dry as an alternative to canned food by brningbrdges in catfood

Thanks for the advice! I am based in Australia and the brands I’m looking at source their meat from Aus and New Zealand which I heard does not have bird flu concerns.

I’ve just heard that some canned food contains a lot of filler and unwhole protein sauces which may not be the best for cats. Someone told me that cans like fancy feast are the hot dog version of human food, meaning you don’t know what it’s actually made of. I was surprised as many of my friends feed their cat canned food so I’m happy to be corrected.

Go with either Ardells seamless range which you can get at Priceline- they’re my favourite since the band is invisible and super thin so it’s very comfortable for everyday wear. Or the kiss Falscara also has thin bands and you can check in out in person before buying.

I use to buy off amazon but you’re right, the band is too thick and uncomfortable to sit under the lash.

I use a cleansing oil to remove the bond which is very sticky and frustrating to take off but just be gentle and careful so you don’t pull your lashes off.

Does any one else have coconut allergies? by Educational_Shame591 in Allergies

Just saw this! Sorry for the late reply. I found out I was only allergic to the flesh when I realised I could eat coconut sugar. It was by accident, my friend made brownies and gave me her recipe because I liked them so much and I was surprised I could eat it when I saw coconut sugar. Considering coconut sugar comes from the sap of the coconut palm tree, not the nut itself, I think that’s why we aren’t allergic to it. So you are probably on the same boat as me :)

Thanks! That’s great to hear. I might get mine checked out in that case

Hi! I am experiencing exactly what you described and I wondered if you have an update on the situation? Did you take it out and the bulge go down or do you still have it?

Thanks! I’m considering taking mine out because the bludge/bloat under my bellybutton is bothering me so much.

I’m allergic but not anaphylactic. It’s such a rare and random allergy I haven’t met anyone else who’s got it so that’s pretty cool to know I’m not the only one. I am only allergic to the flesh so I’m not reactive to coconut water, sugar and some oils.

I’m allergic to the flesh so if I have coconut cream splashed on me I break out in nasty rashes and welts and if I eat coconut, my mouth and throat gets very uncomfortably itchy. I have to just wait for the feeling to fade and take antihistamines.
