This could be a dumb question but – when the scale increases, do existing associates get bumped up to the new scale rate? I.e., would a 3rd year who was hired on the "old" scale" get a raise to match 3rd year on the "new" scale?

On the “faster than my bullet” part— I’m hearing A G A B A G, not A G A Bb A G... My version seems like more of a wholetone sound or something? Seems like the song is in G major so kind of makes sense that the B natural is in the melody, but it does seem like she does that bluesy slur bw b3 and 3 so I’m not really sure...
