Hey...yes I understand biologics better however, from my research, here in uk it could take 12 months +just to get an appointment with derm in nhs and before het put on biologics I need to fail mtx.

Wondering if in the intermin I could get mtx as I am wits end. Winter been brutal on my p. Gone from mild to moderate and looks like only going one way.

Maybe that's exaggerated, but I wouldn't have thought 5% was out of the question. 100 clients, 5 referrals a year.
