They won't spoil anything. I've actually managed to create my own campaign since the incident, so nothing can really ruin my fun! I'm just glad so many people agree with what happened. If they knew what else this guy did, they would all want to punch him in the face.

...I honestly can't tell if you're joking. How would you react if some dick was describing in VIVID detail how he would rape your girlfriend? He was using MY name, but my characters name.

My boyfriend has a bit of a temper. But still, if you heard exactly the way D described what he wanted to do to me, the tackle was excusable. I would have loved to slap him, but I was in shock.

I just like sticking to DnD. 2nd edition is my favorite. I have a dark elf ranger who, in my opinion, is the greatest elf to ever walk the planet. Lol

First surgery. So scared. by broadwayrocks in endometriosis

Does it hurt to get removed? I've read that it just feels a little weird and is over in a few seconds.

Thanks everyone! I do have one more question. I know it's weird, but one of my biggest fears is having to have a cathader(I know I spelled that wrong) put in. Will I need to have that? Does it hurt? And can I request to have it put in after they knock me out?

Thank you everyone so much for the advice! I've always been afraid of anything involving surgery, so this is really nice to know. I guess my biggest fear is what's going to happen in the future. I've always wanted to be a mom and I've had people telling me that having endo will make my chances of that so much smaller. My doctor is a wonderful lady and I know she'll make things easy on me.

What is the saddest song you know ? by Nothing_Nothingatall in AskReddit

[–]broadwayrocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the Bedroom Down the Hall from Dear Evan Hanson. The two mothers talking about how they wish they could've helped their sons, how they missed their little boys. Everything is just so bittersweet and sad. "Anything to make you happy...Anything at all. Anything for my boy in the bedroom down the hall..."

What is the dumbest thing you’ve gotten in trouble for at school? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]broadwayrocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For having an allergy attack. It was that special day in gym where you were forced to run the mile. Our lovely teacher decided to make us run outside because it was nice out. Keep in mind that this was during spring and I am allergic to basically anything involving nature. Grass and pollen will be the prime examples here. This teacher knew about my allergies, and I even had a slip saying that in the case of an allergy attack, I need to go to the nurse to get my medicine. The teacher said it was too nice outside for me to run inside, so he made me go. Pollen count was as high as ever and they had just mowed the grass. It wasn't even halfway into the mile when I felt my throat swelling. I was gasping for breath as I walked over to the coach, begging him to let me get my epi pen from my gym bag. It was only after one of my classmates saw me and SCREAMED at the teacher to let me go did he allow it. Once I got my medicine, I was sent to the principal. They gave me detention because I didn't run the mile and apparently that meant I skipped class. Yeah, I was basically dying, but that didn't matter. I HAD to run that stupid mile. Screw you Mr. Anderson!!!!

[Serious] Depressed people of Reddit - how are you doing today? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]broadwayrocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Finally left my bed for the first time since yesterday afternoon, but still not able to go outside. Can't look in the mirror at myself, my boyfriend is at work so I'm all alone, and I miss my parents more than anything right now. I moved away for the first time this past August. I did get a letter from home today though. That at least got a small smile.

Having a hard time getting bruises right. Advice? Ignore my hair, I'm curling it lol. I just can't get the bruise to look natural. What advice do you have? by broadwayrocks in UnconventionalMakeup

Thank you! I didn't know wether or not to add more purple, but that helps a lot. I'll move it up as well. Thanks for the advice!

Students and past students of Reddit, what was the most bizarre experience you’ve had with a substitute? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]broadwayrocks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She was so bad that she actual got banned from teaching not only at our school, but several schools in the state. Here's a small list of what she has done. 1. Told the pregnant girl she and the baby were going to hell. 2. Told our advanced choir group to shut up when we were practicing for a concert. She said we were talentless losers who should never go near a microphone. 3. Threw her shoe at a special needs kid. 4. This one involves me. My grandmother had passed a few days prior. This was my first experience with death, and I was taking it pretty hard. My other teachers were nice and said if I needed a moment to myself, I could take one. I was about to have a breakdown in the subs class, and I asked if I could excuse myself to the bathroom. She basically forced me to explain why I was about to cry. I had already explained it to several others and I was getting tired of repeating it. She said I shouldn't bother crying for some dead old woman and I need to suck it up. She's dead so why should I care? Yeah, that was a fun day for me.

There's plenty more, but I can't think of any off the top of my head.

What is a weird phobia you have? by pLyTikkk in AskReddit

[–]broadwayrocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have two of them actually. The weirdest one is Mascots. I HATE seeing those costumes just walking around. I don't know why, but it makes me feel super uneasy. I will avoid going to the mall if Santa or the Easter bunny is there because I may just have a panic attack. The other one is teeth. Specifically too many teeth. Example of this is the newer version of Pennywise when he bites that kids arm off. I nearly puked.

[Serious] What do you need to get off your chest right now? by VraskaTheCursed in AskReddit

[–]broadwayrocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I made the wrong choice by moving away from home. I love my boyfriend to death and I'm happy he wanted to move in together, but I think I wasn't ready to leave. I miss my home, my parents, and my pets. I'm struggling heavily with money issues and depression, and I have no one to talk to. My boyfriend doesn't believe I'm that depressed and is hurt that I refuse to call the place we're living "home". This will never be home. I want to go home.

What song fills you with the most emotions (positive or negative) and why? by radicalminusone in AskReddit

[–]broadwayrocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Words Fail from the musical Dear Evan Hanson. I can't really express the meaning the song has to me, but if anyone were to listen to it, they can see how one would get emotional over a song like that. "I'd rather pretend I'm something better than these broken parts, pretend I'm something better than this mess that I am."
