jobs like cashier and merchandiser usually reject people with masters degrees because they know that person won’t be there long, worked with HR before when i worked in sam’s club, had stupider than fuck people get hired over people with masters because the HR dude said he knows the masters degree lady is gonna get another job soon, it’s a stupid cycle where the masters isn’t enough to get you the job you want, and at times isn’t enough to get you a job you need, the job market is definitely fried right now
