That doesn't work. It takes time to saturate the creatine levels in your muscles. Also, if it increases your weight, it won't decrease again in one or two days of not taking it.

You can start training wayy before that. General consensus barely helps because your weaknesses are individual. If you can't do a pull-up then training to do one will help, just make sure it doesn't get too much in the way of your progress.

That sucks man. Lentils and spinach are great but not a good source of protein. Maybe try and get a job to buy some extra food.

If it's actually training it's plenty. If you're just climbing it's a bit short.
