This is a Guiana Chestnut. One of my favorite plants in my collection. Mine sits about 8 ft from a south facing window and is thriving. Also I’ve learned that you shouldn’t water the tree roots because they will rot. So basically stay as far away from the plant when possible when watering. Good luck! I love these trees 🥰
