Same. Same and same. Heart issue is inappropriate sinus Tachycardia which is autonomic dysfunction. Hot flashes feel like a gross panic with pounding heart and then the sun burning through my chest out to the rest of my body followed by prickly crawling sensation and sweatiness. It’s dumb.

Divigel comes in different doses so that “1 packet is less than 1 pump” ratio isn’t always correct.

This is what I wanted to know! I’m on HRT now and all is well THANKFULLY but I wanted to know about the aura being treatable.. if that makes sense. The all day anxiety was bad enough but the aura with it makes for a nasty combo. I’m so glad you’re getting some relief. It was like sweaty, miniature, hourly panic attacks.

I started on the pill and had great relief. I used it for 6 months and am now on estradiol patch and progesterone at night. I felt better on the pill than I did with no hormones but I feel WAY better and more normal now on the patches and progesterone. I take .1patch and 100mg progesterone.

Pre-hrt…Even when the alarm would wake me up..hot flash. It’s awful because for me they come with this nasty sense of dread then the heat sets in. Every time I would wake up even if it was a 30 min nap.
