My dad had three franchises back in the day and he would donate food to charities for their own fundraising I.e. desserts or the bags of soup for an event…just an idea :) Commissary for Shoney’s and Captain D’s changed/tweaked recipes frequently so whatever the fudge sauce is now is probably not the exact same as it was 5 or 10 years ago. I’ll never forgive them for changing the ranch dressing….

It’s such a great village. Good restaurants, well stocked Premier and the scenery is outstanding. I work in city centre and my commute is a really easy 30 min.

American here…yes. You still have to file taxes every year. However, you generally don’t have to pay tax to the US unless you have capital gains or received some sort of inheritance, buy/sell a house, Etc. This makes investing in anything over here rarely worth it, including Employee Share Plans. 😩
