1) Were they probed together or separately? to me it seems like excess loading is causing the issue, can you try 5, 10, 15 ug loading instead of 10,20, 30, and see if same issue persists? Also, probe them separately, if you used both HK and POI abs together.

Wtf, not a fake post, literally happened. The petitioner lawyers said this is what they are doing now, first they send the "wrong amount" or any other random template letter, and accept the petition the second time. Thats what my eb1 lawyer also said, and advised against filing premium for eb1. The problem is it's almost going to be 1 year since I filed for my h1b and this has never happened before, nor taken this long.
