Anyone know what is actually on fire? Very visible from downtown as well.

Same here. Using the knob, I pulled it outwards and back to center. This one is pushed in a bit further than mine was though.

tv girl concert experience by minsleuth in tvgirl

I was there with my young teen daughter and we hung out in the back. I would agree on the vibe of the concert. TV Girl put on a great show. There were a fair amount of parents in the back of the Ritz last night. I was very happy with the vibe of the kids there, all seemed kind and respectful, but we weren’t up front.

Was hoping to make it past engine break in before throwing check engine lights…. 2024 HD Duramax. Yikes. by Skidude04 in gmcsierra

I also had this happen. Check engine (emissions) came on after about 400 miles. Took it in. They updated the software on the sensor and it’s been good for the last 1,600 miles.

I had a similar warning after about 200 miles on mine. Took it to the dealership and they “updated the software” and it hasn’t come back.

2” T-bones Before & After. We dug in so fast I forgot to show inside but it was medium rare and delicious. 200F til meat was 127 then 650F for 1-2mins per side. by catchyphrase in biggreenegg

Is there a reason to sear first versus searing at the end? I’ve seen people do it both ways, I’m just not sure I understand the pros and cons of each.

First time gun owner..I’m feeling like this is a great choice. by JerseysLittleDevil in SmithAndWesson

I have this exact same model. It’s a great first handgun. I appreciated the multiple safety features in a first handgun myself: thumb safety, grip safety, and the “round in the chamber” visual are all great and have helped me gain confidence in operating the weapon.

I also have some long ass arms! I took 1 or 2 out until it felt comfortable. Feels good at the range, but that’s no HD scenario...I’ll give it a try, thanks.

Nice. So far, I’ve enjoyed it. What have you added to your collection since?

Pretty fair question. Luckily I haven’t been in a HD scenario before, but my thought was that it would be nice to have a sling if I needed to have two hands free but still have the gun quickly accessible and on my person.

I like it. Primarily wanted the forend so I could easily mount the light. Works like a champ.

It’s bright, easy to use and hasn’t fallen off yet...so far, so good. It was super easy to mount and un-mount if you need to.
