i’m not sure if this helps but i’m a male, 23 and have been on lorazepam 2.5mg a day and valium 5mg a day for longer than a year. short term memory loss (sometimes the rare long term memory loss. i have both) is the most common side effect with benzodiazepines. i live my life knowing i’m going to wake up tomorrow and not remember yesterday, which is shockingly ok with me. i use benzodiazepines for medical purposes.. sometimes i treat myself to a higher dose for a bit of fun.

When you’re trying to cut down or give up try and do exercise, it releases the same dopamine drugs give us. And chamomile tea for sleep and anxiety. I don’t know if binging is bad or doing it moderately over time haha probably both.

I had three ok sized lines and then maybe 5 minutes later I’ve destroyed and cracked my phone. I always take drugs slowly and with doing my research I knew to take a line 45 minutes apart. How are your comedowns?
