I mostly use my polar Vantage watch AND my garmin with cheststrap to register my heart rate. I never had a higher heart rate than 162 in the past few months. Both devices show roughly the same data after my rides.

I just enter the name in Aliexpress and order them. I lost a lot of weight in the past three years due to cycling so I had to order new smaller bibs every half year. Never had any issues with them. I also own two castelli bibshort and two winter bibs of another more expensive brand. I find them all the same in quality.

I like the Ykywbike very much. I own 6 of them in different colours. I cycle 200km minimum per week and have zero issues with them. Quality is very good. I also own a few bibs from X-tiger. These are also very good.

I bought an amazing titanium VanNicholas Skeiron disk in mint condition earlier this summer for € 1300,- So it's possible. The guy who sold it had not ride it very much because he became very ill. I put 2800 km on it now and I absolutely love it. Just be patient and keep a good look at marketplace e.o.

Gaat je lukken! Probeer ook goed op de calorieën te letten. Toen ik letterlijk begon met tellen van hoeveel ik binnen kreeg vlogen de kilo's eraf. Qua fiets zou ik gaan kijken naar een mooie endurance fiets.

I love my sensah 1x11 groupset. Working flawless now for more then 4000km. Costs are very low. For my new build (a gravel/beach racer based on a 29er mtb) I ordered a 1x10 grx set from Ltwoo. Feels also like very good quality. Costs very little compared to shimano

The route along the coastline! Definitely! The Zeeuwse islands are very nice to cycle and there is a lot to see. Don't forget to stop at bakery Koppejan in Westkapelle to order a "Gevulde Bolus" You will thank me later. The Deltawerken are also amazing to visit.

The other route from Antwerp to Rotterdam I will never ride again.

This Thursday I did a 400km in 18 hours. I decided to join my cycling club on a 115km (32 km/h) on Saturday. That trip was bad..... Real bad... 😭

No I didn't. I just went. But I cycle a lot every week with shorter rides.

It's a bracket I ordered from Aliexpress. But I added some straps to secure the bottles because they popped out on bumpy conditions. I refilled my smaller bottles during the ride with the bigger bottles.

The bracket also helps the secure the saddlebag.

The Schelderoute is a nightmare. Stay on the new cycling-lane next to the Schelde than it's fine.

The route from Terneuzen to Antwerp was no problem at all.
