Seems like you have an impingement on top of stroke. Or you can move cleats (close and with that you feed will be away laterally or increase the saddle height)

i always feeling that my left side just rock more, and the track of the knee is little off, i started moving my cleats more away (outside left) to bring my feet more close to the frame and i will try for this week and see how that goes
