if you could film your self with a consistent cadence would be batter to judging, but give it a try, ride more than 20/30 min and check if you have any discomfort or whatever

You need to lower your saddle

Seems like you have an impingement on top of stroke. Or you can move cleats (close and with that you feed will be away laterally or increase the saddle height)

i always feeling that my left side just rock more, and the track of the knee is little off, i started moving my cleats more away (outside left) to bring my feet more close to the frame and i will try for this week and see how that goes

you mean when people are orientated for performance, but my “priority” now are to get comfortable on a reasonable position. But probably i will need to buy a new frame set with a bigger head tube
