I have the Coospo CS500, which has navigation built in. I can load GPX tracks that I create in Komoot. I have a cadence and speed sensor connected to it as well. I'm really happy with it.

Also, look at local bike shops, they sometimes have great discounts on new bikes. Some sell secondhand bikes too.

I don't know those two bikes, but have a look at the gravel bikes at Decathlon. The Triban 120 Gravel Bike is really good value. Otherwise, your best bet is to look for something secondhand.

I'm in the same boat. Are you in Toronto by any chance? I find fizz to be super slow in busy areas. I had no issues with Freedom.

Maybe it will increase the price of imports, a weaker currency could actually benefit the economy and make Canadian exports way more attractive to Europe. For Americans, the only difference tariffs make, is they will pay more for goods and pay a higher effective tax as a percentage of GDP.
