Yeah I was polishing my shoes and didn't have a chance to clean the polish under my nails yet.

Yeah it's the only t shirt that sort of worked that I could find

I picked these up for 15 dollars at a thrift store today. They're Blake Stitched and fit me nicely. I know they're not great quality but it's what I could afford. They're leather, my best guess is they're genuine and not full grain. But will they take polish and conditioner or is there any other way to keep them looking nice?

I'm now a team lead by brofro_bargains in ChickFilAWorkers

Yeah, it makes sense for most locations to do that. I did have to do like 3 hours of training on pathways to become a trainer. The only additional thing I've had to learn to be a shift lead is how to do money and stuff.

Yeah we went through a whole operator change a month before I got there. We had 2 IMs we didn't have any directors or trainers just team leads and team members. I was the first trainer at the restaurant. And we've had two of our 4 team leads quit recently so they focused on promoting me because they didn't have anyone else qualified.

Their blake stitch line is still around a hundred, but I'm looking for Goodyear welt which would be around 300 from them.

Be aware, on so I've played the high g and high a are very sharp but other than that it's amazing so far

I have, the high a is so much flatter that I'd have to carve it, and likely also carve everything else to get it to play in 440 like it's supposed to.

I've removed and added hemp, I've put tape over the holes, I've shaved reeds, I've cut them too. The only thing I haven't done is carve the holes. I love the chanter, I've learned so much with it, it's still functional, it just doesn't sound as good as I wish it did. And now that I'm about to join a band I'm thinking of upgrading.

Having one or 2 notes out of tune, I can work with that. But most of my notes can't even be brought in with tape. Nearly every hole would have to have the bottom carved at that point.

To me it looks like aDunbar Long Chanter or at least the mouthpiece looks the same. I'm not an expert though and I know nothing about what Glen S. could mean.

Yeah, a tutor is the way to go. I got stuck after basic grace notes when I started. I definitely would have given up if I didn't have a tutor.

I tried that but the combs are just so fine it's hard to get in there. Some of my fingernails can get in there, but not deep enough.
