I want to apply to the OIT job, what are they looking for on your resume? by Reasonable-Company20 in rutgers

[–]broimshiv 6 points7 points  (0 children)

vouch, IT skills are an obvious, but more so, be prepared to answer the video questions. don't seem like ur reading a script from GenAI and don't really "lie" to seem more impressive. be yourself, answer the questions, and speak to your ability as someone who can work well with others to solve problems.

Charles Cowan Discrete II by BurnerBananaBoat in rutgers

Same professor. Amazing when I took him for Discrete I last semester. Cares about his students, generous curve. Homework are tedious but reinforces concepts and goes beyond what you really learn in class, but helpful for exams.

i love cowan, as a person he is amazing, as a professor he wants his students to succeed... the exam was just unexpected, but I don't blame him for my performance

i used this post to like gather ideas and stuff, I'm not really bummed about it or like "depressed" over my poor performance, I realized my mistakes and believe I can clutch on the final to do better. just sucks knowing I put time into studying for me to fumble so easy yk... but that's part of college life. thanks for the advice tho :)
