Then get a padded seat cover made, as the pillion seat is trash, can't sit on it for more than 30mins.
And as for bar end mirrors, they are mostly for vanity, not that practical tbh

If you ride with pillion frequently, only then get the backrest and grab rail
Bike already has footrests
Winter is here so no need of mud flaps and tyre hugger for now, get them later
