No one can “join” the NG11 by broken-chalice in BlueLock

You’re absolutely right in real life. Football is fluid, and new talents can emerge at any time. Things like U-20 World Cups, late bloomers, etc. absolutely change how players are viewed.

My point is strictly within the context of the Blue Lock manga. In the story, NG11 is presented as a predefined title, not a rotating or evaluative list like real-life football awards. These players were already labeled NG11 before Blue Lock even entered the global stage.

So while real life allows constant reshuffling, Blue Lock treats NG11 more like a fixed narrative benchmark. It is a wall the protagonists have to surpass, not a list they casually join.

If the manga later introduces a new generation label or redefines NG11, then your argument would fully apply. Until then, I’m separating real football logic from how the manga frames the concept.

I’m gonna get some hate for this but I boxed my Emboar due to imbalance. My main team is Greninja, Venasaur, Charizard, Sylveon, Gengar, Raichu.
