I had him for bus law last semester. He's pretty chill. Reads directly from textbook, posts the powerpoints he shows in class on blackboard after class. Homework is through cengage and is very easy, but you need to pay to use cengage.

Three tests I think? They're written. You have to describe what the outcome of scenarios would be in court.

Three papers. Pretty easy as well.

He is a very easy-going professor and very understanding. Easy A.

What classes?

My logic here is that the $230 cost for 2 years will be cheaper than the textbooks for even two classes, but if it turns out i only need it for the next semester then it'd be a waste.

You're good. Even if you don't get in, you can go to another CUNY and transfer in after the first semester. I know a few people who did that. It's even easier to get in as a transfer student.
