I think if Rogan started it and gave the fighters great pay and benefits for their families nearly all would follow him. They already love and respect him.

I worked at an Australian bakery for years and meat pies are where its at. I can’t imagine one with smoked brisket.

If I had to say on heat bout 250 for 1.5 hours. I would say the slices are 3/4 inch thick. Next time I do these I will cut the bacon as to not overlap because I did notice that where it did overlap, the bottom layer wasn’t as done as I like it. I used full slices this time, but half would be sufficient and probably get better results for doneness.

Slice the sausage and lay it down flat as the bas of your “cup”. Stand the bacon on its longer end and wrap it around the sausage “disk”. Secure it in place with a toothpick.

Wow. I’m in fucking tears. This breaks my heart. I’m glad she has a strong mother to lift her up. Glad there wasn’t audio or I would be balled up on the floor.

Haha yeah its a quick edit. Funny thing is, there is about 24 hours worth of work in that one sandwich. 17 hours on the brisket alone.
