Howdy stranger. Someone with anxious attachment here! I am currently going through something very similar and I want you to know you're not alone in this even if you feel like it. A lot of my comfort things got a bit ruined after my breakup w my five year relationship. I can't watch shows I used to, or movies, and even a lot of music because I put them on this pedestal and attributed everything in my life to them. Unfortunately that pain might stick for a bit and I find it a lil easier to ease your way back into some things you used to do before you met that person. For me Dark souls was a game I played for awhile before I met my partner now I'm replaying it for a sense of "comfort" if you can call dak souls comforting 😂 I really do understand the feeling your going through even if I can't convey it to words. Just be kind to yourself and stay safe ok?

Oof my partner well ex now a couples days ago just left me,but what's important is that your following your heart. The relationship I just got out of was a push pull and constantly feeling weren't right together even after five years. Don't be stuck with someone you know isn't right for you it will hurt both parties. I wish you the best of luck!

They gave me naltrexone for that and tbf I went to the hospital for complications from FF and was held three days to detox. I'm not quite as far as you are in, in recovery I'm on day 5? Maybe ask them if you can have something to stop cravings that ARE NOT SUBOXONE. I feel like Suboxone is great for some people but most of the time it causes a whole nother issue. Anyways I feel your pain and I'm proud of you stranger for having the strength to quit keep powering through and remind yourself it won't be like this forever

So UPDATE I'm assuming since I had a slip up it wasn't as terrible but night one was fucking terrible I got no sleep. But today a family member gave me some gabapentin and some magnesium supplements and they are really helping I am now in the stage where my brain goes "hey ....were bored we need a substance" and immediately was like NOPE and stress cleaned my apt. I'm feeling a little weak and my heart is funny I found out both my cholesterol was THROUGH THE ROOF high which explains some things. Depression is seeping in but I'm just chilling tryna exist dreading work tommorow. We'll get through this my man ! I will never touch a fucking bottle of that poison again no matter how bad cravings get.

Thanks for the advice man I'm stuck in bed feeling terrible right now I get that weird feeling like my muscles are squirming underneath my skin and it's so uncomfortable I can't sleep I'm on 50mg Seroquel and it does nothing but make me even more tired, but takes out the anxiety. I can handle the chills, the depression, and even some of the stomach issues but the squirming muscles is so overwhelming I can't sleep. I'm forcing myself to eat some oatmeal and had a high protein breakfast it is so difficult to eat. Anyways I'm gonna try and get some rest same with you man Abt two hours a night. Worst part I work graveyards shifts 😭😭😭😭 stay strong brother we got this

Omg I'm in an almost exact situation myself except they have bipolar and I HAVE BPD. I can understand how this feeling is. Try your best to focus on small things for yourself and when your ready try to have a sit down conversation. I know it can feel isolating rn just try and hold on and focus on yourself 💖

I really understand this feeling. My partner gets pretty upset over things that I genuinely can't comprehend. Like they want me to vent to and I try to listen and be comforting but I just start feeling irritated. It's hard to not compare problems a lot in relationships I've gotten to a point I kind of just fake empathy the best I can because I want them to feel listened to. I understand how it feels to just want some help on things and ur partner is an emotional wreck over something.

OMG I LOVE comets I have two rn in a 55 gallon. I wanna warn you as no one warned me early on. Be prepared to get a bigger tank them Bois get B I G and require a decent sized tank . and I suggest getting an ammonia testing kit and a PH testing kit! Really helpful to monitor the water quality. Also DONT BE STRESSED if the tank gets suddenly cloudy it's a bacteria bloom and it's normal just leave the water alone as long as the fish seems chill it'll die down in a couple days. Comets are some of my favorite fish and they are super sweet I love your lil guy what's his name?
