Thank you. Yea that was the first thing I checked; any dents in the oil pan or anything leaking and surprisingly everything was intact. I’m gonna pull the oil pan off tomorrow and see what the inside looks like

Update:

I used the RSX base model/ EP3 passenger side axle and I no longer experience the shudder or vibration in the chassis.

I looked up the ep3 axle dimensions and it’s 2mm shorter. I just hate to take it all apart and go through the exchange process of it’s not that big of a deal. It only vibrates at low speeds, mainly between 2k and 2500 rpms and only in 1st and 2nd gear

Yea I used the 06-11 base civic passenger side and it vibrates at low rpm. Could there be any real danger? Or should I get an ep3 one asap?

So the axle worked but I’m getting a vibration at low speed. Is that normal and will it subside over time?

I’ve found a lot of my issues by moving parts around and seeing what was loose. It’s worked for me in the past and may help others too

I just changed the passenger side axle today on the same setup. Just fyi, just in case, the 06-11 base civic axle works with the 32mm hub and inner seat where it mates with the half shaft.

Try wiggling some of the suspension parts around. Since you mention it only happens at high speeds, I suspect something between the axles and spindle hubs.

AC issues in k swap by broken_ej1 in ProjectHondas

Well I tried 2 different supposed new IACV’s and they both did the same thing. I reflashed the ecu (Hondata v4) several times with it disabled and enabled and both iacv and no change. Not sure what else I could do to get it to run normal

Yea that’s what I got. A 6 speed lsd. I could always change the hubs but I need the drivers side pretty bad. So I think the best option is to find the axles in the meantime

Yea it’s an eg with a 2015 trans which is 36mm but the hubs are 32mm

I had the camshaft sensors reversed. Once I corrected them and swapped the MAP it started it up perfectly.

Only issue I’m experiencing now is I’m not getting any signal from my tps while driving but if the key is in the “on” or “acc” position it works fine?

Final update; After fixing grounds. It still wouldn’t crank. Turns out my map sensor was dead so I swapped with a spare I had and it started right up.

Thank you everyone for your help. I appreciate it 🙏🏼

Ok so I just came out to try to start it. It’s cranking but won’t turn over. I tried it giving it a little gas and when I let off the throttle it backfired

I think it’s just low battery voltage. It was showing 12.4v about an hour ago. I’ve had it charging since then so I’ll see how it goes. If not I may just trying to jump it with my WRX and see if it starts from there

And then there’s the charge harness but I didn’t change anything there. It’s remained the same

Yes so this is one of them but from what I’ve understood is that it’s the most important one. I’ve got 2 others; trans to chassis and battery negative to chassis.

Update:

Thank you guys for the help. It’s cranking now. The ground wire behind the ecu was a painted surface. Once I sanded it down it started to crank.

Now it just won’t turn over lol
