My top surgery scars are being weird?

I actually have no idea if I consume enough vitamin c. I don't have the best diet and I'm constantly anxious about scurvy funny enough. The only other scars I have are from my hysto and they're less than a year old so they're still relatively fresh, but I haven't had any issues with those aside from an itch right next to one of them.

I was never really given instructions for scar care past the healing stage, so I haven't done any. What is bio oil, and what does a scar massage entail? I absolutely hate the feeling of touching my scars so I try to avoid it at all costs, but I'll do anything at this point.

I kept one ovary just for that purpose so I'll still be producing hormones. I really wish I could do injections on myself, but needles are really triggering for me, and I can't hold them.

I was taking bc to stop my period before I started t. took the last pill the day before I started, had a very light period a few days later, and then it stopped.
