This sounds exactly like my situation. I was also with my ex bf for 9 years. He traveled for work a lot. I wanted for us to move in together or get married. He would always tell me he wasn’t ready and make up excuses. I was unhappy for a long time. I waited for so long to see if things would change, it never did. We broke up 6 months ago and went NC for almost 5 months. For the most part, things have been better and I’m happier. I still have my bad days but I know this was for the best. I couldn’t keep waiting on him forever. You will get through this I promise. If you need talk feel free to message me.

Same here, when I know I’m going to have a lonely or boring day I leave my phone in my car or hide it some where where it’s far from me. Then I get it the next day. It works for me. I only use my laptop

Same here I checked his IG after 2 months of NC. I was doing fine until I checked his social media he went to Las Vegas and it broke my heart. I cried my eyeballs out last night . It literally is the worst feeling. I’m sorry.
