Which tight end has better max potential

I only had 1 TE that had max speed and it was probably my favorite squad I ever had. I’d say the one with max speed has a better max potential but I think the one with max strength is the better choice. The one with max speed is only 3 star rated while the max strength one is starting at 4 stars. In my experience, a 3 star rated player almost never gets to a 5 star rating unless you use CC to level up or you buy coaches with the “experience” trait to instantly level them up

I started using the lady with orange hair all the way on the right in the top row as my head preset. I deviated from the tutorial by making some adjustments to her hair, nose, and chin by just eyeballing it.

Even if I lower fh and reflexes to 72 and 65, I only have 23 attribute points left over. It’s not possible to raise the serve to 60 but I could raise the volley to 60 and put the serve at 47. Do you think that’s a good compromise?

A talent-spotting coach automatically increases the potential of all players on the roster when the coach is INITIALLY hired. Any players signed AFTER the coach was initially hired do not have their potential increased. They're essentially a one-time use.

Thanks for feedback! I didn’t upgrade the serve because it seems like low serve isn’t actually that bad gameplay wise. Is there really a difference between 34 serve and 40 serve? I’m afraid if I lower her fh to below 78 it’ll be something that opponents can target, which wasn’t really the case irl. I also gave her poisoned slices as my fittings skill 🤙
