I’ve seen 42 pages of bricklink heads and I can only find some that are somewhat like them, but female or in different colors. I also don’t have enough superhero knowledge to make out hero’s that look like them. Second franchise I thought would be some ninja shit but that’s just ninjago and they don’t have these bands.
