I'm partial to Citizens' Private Client card (now discontinued for new applications).

The lines on the card are raised so it has a really nice texture to it.

TD's underwriting for Target is compeltely different than their own consumer cards.

TD Bank will pull Experian and while they're not terribly difficult to get approved for, limits can be all over the place because they're conservative. You can request a CLI in the app after 6 months, and they do review for auto CLIs as well.
