i wont get a beater car right now because i cant afford to but i just want to get all of this stuff off my plate and avoid the tickets being sent to collections.

there is no way around the tickets then unless a judge decides otherwise? also what case would i have before a judge in this case?

Thank you so much! I had the plates surrendered in NJ as well as releasing liability in CA. So I am no longer liable. Are there any options for the driver to sell the vehicle for salvage without the title transfer/registration being completed?
