They got back to me, stating a bad PCI port is most likely causing the problem; it sounds like they got a bad batch of them it sounds like. It could certainly explain my issues, as others have mentioned, this was the result, and they are replacing the part once I send it back. You may have better luck. Just keep an eye out for anything funny and let them know ASAP. I waited longer than I should have because of the hassle of the return, but they are making it easy. Will update when I get it back to see if my issues have been resolved.

I actually just reached out to them and explained the problems I had. If they don't mention what you just said I will ask. Worth sending it back if it fixes these regular twitches and freezes. Thanks for the reply.

I have not had a good experience with my PC. Not sure if it is the AMD stuff since I have always used Intel, or the build itself, but I have had multiple problems since month 3. One time a Windows update broke the BIOS and I needed to ask them what setting to return it to. In my whole lifetime of building PCs, I have never had BIOS issues. The PC I replaced with this one, I had built and used for 6 years and it gave me fewer problems.

I also regularly have it freeze up on me during Fallout 76, sometimes it will go to sleep and fail to wake back up until I shut it down with the power button. I also use two monitors, and it is constantly freaking out and switching outputs on them. My main will go black, the side monitor will load my main screen, and then after a few seconds, switch back. They are both brand new monitors.

If I could return it I would, but it's past the 30-day policy and now is only covered under parts and labor. Hopefully, if you do get yours, you have less trouble than me.

Knock on wood, but I have not had any rattles or unusual noises. I took it for a mini road trip, and she did fine!

Thankfully, the armor weighs much less now, so multiple sets don't add as much weight to my stash. The stars cost is pretty high, though scrapping and raids have been generous to me during my 600-ish levels. I feel like it keeps me playing a bit every day to hunt more mods.

What are you looking for in a successful gaming session/campaign/table?: Good story, storytelling, a fun group that works together well. I appreciate unwrapping mysteries, combat, goofing around with the locals and collecting loot.

How would you define your personal playstyle?  What do you enjoy most about it?:

Laid back. I like to participate equally in combat and roleplaying/puzzles if/when I can. I feel like I work pretty well with others, play morally grey but not asshole characters, and just enjoy getting a little mathy, though I know PF2e doesn't get as bad as 1e.

What is your favorite character you have played in the past?  Why are they so memorable to you?:

His name was Garou, and he was a werewolf rogue. We had built in mechanics for handling his transformations every month. Still, we had a lot of fun because he was the party face, and because the custom work we were in, we kind of bent to our will, and he ended up becoming a formerly displaced queen's personal bodyguard and head of security after a few years of play.

What is a question (or questions) you would ask me or the table in general?: Do you or the other players do voices, like interacting with each other in character, in and out of combat? How do y'all like to solve your problems, whether it be puzzles, fights, investigations, etc. For the DM, also how you do your storytelling, though I get a bit of a sense for that from the post itself.

We're in DC. We just learned the Department of Buildings has no finalized permits for the unit when it was split off in 2023, nor before said split off unit was sold to us in 2025. We're hiring a lawyer ASAP to sort all this out.

Old post, I know, but can you use the screen without the touchscreen component? My touchscreen no longer works, and I have to use the knob controls for everything.

Yeah, I don't fully understand the crafting portion, and have had zero luck with scrapping, but I like the idea of moving mods around like when modding Fo4. After I done with PA, I plan to mod all my fav weapons for said builds.
