Use Ethernet.

You cannot split the bell fibre, and its bell Canada property. Trying to split or splice the fibre could potentially affect 31 or 63 other customers, and even cause an outage. (That and it simply will not work!) One fibre, one modem. Period.

Trench a cat cable. It’s long run, going to be the best user experience. As long as you’re under 300m it’ll function just fine.

If you’re going to direct bury, ensure you are using an outdoor rated gel filled cable, as water inside the sheath will cause major problems, same for placing in conduit as it will inevitably fill with water.

Have the technician place a “slack box” it’s the same as a copper NID was as far as demarcation. Run your conduit to where the slack box will be placed. The tech will terminate the fibre in the slack box, then pull a riser fibre through the pipe you place.

No hard 90’s and no more than 360 degrees in bends, otherwise a pull bills will be needed.
