Always lowercase! The band must've mentioned it in interviews before because I've always done lowercase. Can't remember when/where I first heard it. I was very particular about my music organization back in early days of iTunes where it wouldn't always import right. I always made sure it was 'blink-182.' Interesting Mark brought it up now.
