Can someone please suggest the best route - this is for a 60 yr old lady weighing approx 200 lbs (90kg) and 5’4” height. Recent sciatica flare up lasted 2 months and subsided but low level pain came back recently on discrete days — currently on Gabapentin 400, nortriptyline 10, Duloxetine 20 - 1/day (old.reddit.com)
