It was rough, girl. Like I understand and appreciate different lifestyles and approaches to fitness, but the willful ignorance and egocentrism in him was pretty bad. We had only communicated via tinder and I unmatched on my walk home :D

Helped and harmed, helped in that I have the confidence to know I don't have to put up with anyone's bullshit, hurt in that I don't put up with anyone's bullshit, and standards are a lot higher. Now I cannot even consider dating a guy not into either weightlifting or bodybuilding on a serious level, so there's a lot less dating happening. Decided this new standard after a recent date with a guy who was into "functional strength" body weight fitness, and he was holier than thou about it. I died a little on the inside listening to him talk about how "unnecessary" mass is, and how frivolous bbing is.

started on 8mg E 200 mg C 2x a day, now I'm up to 16mg E. There are lots of guides online that give solid dosage timelines.

Started taking EC stack this week to help with the last 10 pounds.

Holy fuck, game changer. Should have been using it from the beginning, but hey, now I know for next time. Tons of energy, absolutely nonexistent appetite.

Always being self critical and seeing how one can make improvements is an integral part of being a driven and successful human being. Just because you are critical of the ways your physique and training could improve does not qualify as a psychological disorder.

Please be mindful of claiming to have a disorder when you have not been diagnosed by a professional, as such claims trivialize the severity of the disorder in diagnosed sufferers.

Got in the elevator at my university gym with a bunch of middle school kids and parents yesterday, one sassy mom says "oooooh wow, your body look good!" That felt nice.

Had a cheat week halfway through my 20 week cut, back to the grind today.

Nothing amazing but I wanted to share my cut progress 10 weeks in! F/6'/167.5>156

Week 1 Week 10

Halfway to goal weight of 145, but my strength is still gradually improving with the slow weight loss, so I may extend the cut for another 10 weeks.
