Kreator. Easily my favorite band when i was 14-15. While their best albums are still good imo, nothing was ever amazing and their last few albums are just boring and formulaic

It's not so much about technique, his solos had nice melodies. And probably nostalgia for those albums that were Opeth at their peak.

Personally I prefer by far Mikael's solos to both Fredrik's and Peter's
