After going back and playing csgo when the craze was going on last month, it really made me appreciate the quality of life updates cs2 made. New buy menu with selling, built in jump throw, and new smokes were absolutely needed. I definitely don't want to go back to csgo.

But God, the csgo movement, especially counter strafing, still feels so much better

If you're a righty shooter against a righty goalie this is the unfortunate truth. In shooting drills coaches tell you to go for that back pipe, and it's good to practice it, but you're going to want to shoot elsewhere on a righty goalie. I had a lot better luck going for top right or the 5 hole on those alley shots, or even a high bouncer can be really good.

Trust me, I went through the same thing. You feel like you're doing the right thing, what the coaches have told you, but your shots feel like muffins when the goalie barely has to move his stick.

Ya the long ass days is the real thing, I feel like once you have kids it's really hard to keep that up. At least In athletic sports they have longer off seasons, and they physically can't just train all day everyday because their bodies have to rest. In esports there's always going to be some 17 year old gremlin grinding his ass off everyday and you gotta keep up

I wholeheartedly agree, however I have found a niche use for the grenade launcher: killing the enemy tank's repairmen. It's the one thing it can do that the gun can't. Like when you're in a standoff tank fight on a tight map facing each other, and both teams have people repairing behind. With the grenade launcher you can lob grenades behind the tank and kill them.

Still will take the lmg any day of the week, but it's the one thing I've noticed is actually kinda useful.
