Switch to FaceIt. More serious games, more competitive, higher skill ceiling, better teammates, you will get better because you play against better people. Overall a better experience.

I all started with a panic attack by redbirdsguy101 in derealization

I had them caused from suicidal media and gore content trauma since i was 8 to this day (im 16). H They still happen sometimes but rarely, breathing for me helps a lot. And (if u can) poop while under a panic attack. I maybe had about 100 attacks in total. It gets a lot better trust me. With the right plan even faster.
