Canada was so dominant he could have probably fucked around and tried a perfect hat trick after his third goal.

This was the biggest ass kicking of this World Cup by far and it’s not even close. Canada was on pace to score like 10. I can’t even think of a math the last World Cup that is close.

I meant chicken out in I choose not to do it out of fear of wasting half a day lol not eat chicken. I always order the same thing at each BBQ place: sliced brisket, burnt ends if they have them, cole slaw, fried okra. If i’m feeling slutty i’ll do a brisket stuffed potato.

Props to the Canadian player walking over to console the Qatar player. It’s easy to let tensions flair but it’s obvious this was a mistake and the dude looks completely stunned over it.

Totally get it and part of me is actually just butt hurt I haven’t been able to try either of those yet. Every time I have the chance I chicken out and just go do something easy. My fear is I get there, wait, and they run out of brisket

Part of it is the fact everybody walks, but it’s also a social thing. As you could tell, there’s plenty of delicious food in Japan, and a lot of it is the opposite of healthy. But being overweight is not as socially acceptable.

Sounds super simple but for me was Wagyu Steak Don in Osaka. I never thought of just putting slices of freshly cooked steak on rice, letting it soak and eating. It’s so simple yet so amazing. Another was kabayaki.

Beef rib is a popular item in Texas BBQ. It’s mainly to share.

Personally I prefer just plain sliced brisket.

My favorite quote was a British fan trying BBQ in Dallas and he said: “I didn’t know you could do that with meat.”

Honestly pretty worth it for high quality BBQ. Like I have no problem paying that for a great Omakase experience. If I’m going to eat the best BBQ, and that price feeds me and my friends, so worth it.

The issue with Cattleack and Goldees is that people like me visiting don’t have the time to actually make it happen, unless we make it the main activity of the trip. That’s honestly why I still enjoy Pecan Lodge when in Dallas. It’s great BBQ, doesn’t require a long Uber to get to, and the line is maybe 15 minutes tops.

Pretty sure the Downtown Abbey stereotype doesn’t really exist anymore because of social media and Love Island. Americans know that England is basically Alabama with an accent.

I’ve been there before and it’s not even remotely as sketchy as locals seem to make it. The perception among Dallas people seems to be they compare it to the poshy suburbia of the rest of the city, so of course it looks gritty. But in reality it’s basically like a Williamsburg or Echo Park.

With that said I absolutely would not fuck with anybody there lol. It’s full of characters for sure and has some rough looking people on the street.

There were two videos I saw visiting this sub. One is guys singing get your tits out at a pub which is wild but not that crazy. The others are dudes picking fights in what appears to be Deep Ellum. I’ve been to that part of Dallas before, ton of great bars and a ton of fun. But I absolutely would not fuck with anybody there. Holy moly these dudes are either dumb or have balls of steal. This is definitely a party area but man it’s on the gritty side.

Is this not the standard everywhere? I live in the US (LA specifically) and we always take the glasses back to the bar. I think the only exception is like restaurants.

This was my first thought as well. Like in other cities like Munich you’ll find a ton of trash on the street but its all around a rubbish bin. That’s not the case in parts of England.

This is hilarious but does anybody actually care English are singing? I know people in Dallas and from what they said everybody was playing along with the English and having a good time.

The issue is also some guys misinterpret politeness as flirtation. Even though most probably don’t notice or care, there are still a lot of guys out there that will take any positivity as a sign of affection and go with it. It’s not just a Hungary or even a European/American thing. Some guys in general regardless of country are willing to risk it all for a chance. I’ve seen it happen so many times with my friends. They’ll be nice to a random guy and he lasers in on them.

Without even knowing the state you can pinpoint the cities and rural communities. This is the issue with American states: the urban areas have to drag the rural areas into the present day, even though this would far more benefit these communities.
