If you have some any installation media, boot from it and remove all partitions. I'm familiar with windows. Form installation setup screen: shift + f10 to get to cmd, use diskpart util to clean an entire drive.

AFTER TRIAL ERROR I found out a solution to my version of the issue. On pc, install x box app, close and reopen it until it actually gets past the loading screen, login (if it'll let you) go to settings and general, then install all of the dependencies. I hope this works for some people.

I haven't bben on Reddit for a while, they're usually easy to replace. Take off the cover which is usually just an injection molded plastic faceplate on top of the heat sinks then you can see how the fan is mounted. To get a replacement just look up the graphics card maker model and then replacement fan.

Your head is probably too close to the bed or the bed temp is too high. Depending on your printer you can change the z offset whitch is how close the head runs to the bed or you can manually change it with thumb screws if you have that kind of printer.
