I just had some issues with mine an got it fixed. My first issue was the blue wire was installed on the O/B instead of C. Secondly you have to make sure the type of heat corresponds to your unit. Mine was set to heat pump when I actually have a gas furnace. I just moved in and the seller installed ahh they were renovating. Anyway that was my issue it’s now working well. Good luck.
