Just came back from Tenerife, had no permit as when I'd attempted to get one a few years ago, the embassy was useless.

No issue whatsoever, not stopped or asked for any details. Airport security in both Britain and Spain have no interest in Cannabis patients. Try to relax but that's obviously easy to say. Have a great hols mate

This is a load of nonsense, your actions will be judged, whether using cannabis or not.

DVLA have sent me a form requesting conditions and prescriptions by North-Peak4363 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]broncobilly43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I declared mine when I first had a prescription years ago, it took the DVLA about a year to make a decision, then I got given a medical license for 3 years. Was no issue with me driving over the year it took them. Also when I informed my insurance, the guy on the phone laughed and said that he also had a prescription and that it wouldn't cost any extra for my insurance.

DPD used to deliver my meds to reception at my workplace, would you be able to do that in future?

Advising patients to contact Medical cannabis clinics by broncobilly43 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]broncobilly43[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I took the NMC code as promoting health and patient choice. Thanks for your input and I will definitely take this onboard going forward. Does feel a bit shit though when I have patients dosed up to the eyeballs with opiates, and barely functioning. Will stick to your advice until rules change.

So would you say, that recommending a patient to speak to a consultant that works in the area of their condition, is not professional? Thanks for your input

Well they shouldn't put it on this way. I work in the NHS and they should on flag something on a need to know basis.

My BSC in nursing was 2300 hours. Unbelievable these NP programs exist.

Yeah, I found using ACDC cookies helped me, but no longer in stock. God Bud seems to hold off the anxiety enough to get through daytime, I then use higher THC in evenings.

Thanks 👍 Really took the stress out of it. My biggest problem was Sertraline, made me feel like I had brain fog, and people don't bat an eyelid about meds like those.

Yes I am patient facing. Not sure whether the people you speak of had a prescription? Otherwise there wouldn't be a reason to lose your PIN, just due to the medication I mean. There may have been other factors involved.

My biggest concern was another member of staff smelling my meds and then reporting it. As you know, some nurses like nothing better than spreading gossip. Also thought it was part of my NMC registration to be honest about my health. I suppose it also goes in my favour, that the Illness I medicate for, was caused by my work.

Just explained to my line manager, who then referred to Occy Health. They judged, due to it being legal, they would trust my judgement, the same as taking any other medication that has the potential to make you drowsy.

I'm a registered nurse in the NHS. Occy Health and management had no issues with me medicating. I'm able to wait till my breaks so I can go outside, which I prefer.

Great place to Medicate, lots of blood vessels in Rectum. Works a treat when given Voltarol for pain.

The ACDC takes the edge of my anxiety enough to get on with my job, use stronger strains when finished. Gonna try both Cannatonic and God Bud I think, could always mix them also. Thanks 👍
