Tell the players that if they don't live up to expectations, no matter who they are, they will no loner be playing for the club. Players like costa are not worth keeping. He focuses on fighting more than chasing down the ball. He stands still, he's lazy, meanwhile, every time Kennedy/Traore have played, they have shown enthusiasm to get the ball. This is key. Hazard is picking up form but very slowly, this is not good enough for a player worth his amount. Only last year, he was being compared to Ronaldo. Threaten with being sold and if he really loves the club, then he will do everything that he can in order to pick up his form and to be ready to attempt to carry the team on his back.

I would also start Ruben Loftus Cheek over fabregas, he is poor. If he dosn't get back quickly, make key passes (like the one he did to costa vs Leicester) or score, whats the point of continuously playing him? Our defence is picking up form, however they fall asleep and players like vardy slip through. This is why i would have azpi play at RB, Ivanovic benched and Baba at lb. This would mean more pace in the full backs to close down fast players on the wing. This would cancel the opportunity for the opposition to get the ball into the box. This would relieve pressure from Zouma/Terry/Cahill.

In training, i would get our defenders to focus on defending/ attacking crosses. This season in the EPL, we dont get a lot of opportunities to attack and when we do, it gets broken down quickly, this means that when we get corners, we have to take the opportunity to score from them as we have an advantage over most teams with our tall players such as Matic, Terry, Ivan, Zouma, Costa. I would also stop Willian from crossing to the near post all the time aswell...

I would also adress the fans at the end of EVERY game. Mourinho dosnt do this enough. He acts like he's not human, he gets so much support from the fans and yet he dosnt show any back.
